"The jersey is great, bought it for my girlfriend and she loved it. Customer service was terrible, took way longer to come than they advertised and came late so she couldn’t even wear it for the Shoresy Classic she was excited to wear it at. Maybe getting back to the replies of your customer and sending the jersey at a promised timeline would have been the better go."
