If the items in your order are in stock we usually get the order on its way in about a week.

We strive to ship orders as soon as possible, however, due to heavy seasonal volumes, delays in fulfillment and shipping will occasionally occur.  If you have ordered a pre-order item, your shipping timeline will be stated in your item's product description.  Please consult the "Pre-Order" section here for more details.

We currently ship from the United States to Canada and International.  We moved our operation here because it would enable us to offer a better and faster customer experience.
