HOW TO ENTER:

The
Sweepstakes commence at 6:00pm on Monday November 24, 2025 and closes at
11:59pm on Sunday December 15, 2025. All times are in Eastern Standard Time. No
purchase necessary. Must be at least 21 years of age. Eligible for residents of
the district of Columbia, and any of 49 states that are not Rhodes Island.
Entry to the Sweepstakes can be done by opting into email communications and
contest after completing the intermission mobile game, or using one of the
alternative methods (see below Official Rules for more details). The winner
must correctly answer a math skill-testing question. Odds of winning depend on
the number of eligible entries received.

IMPORTANT:
PLEASE READ THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH ARE A CONTRACT, CAREFULLY BEFORE

CAMPAIGN
PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins at 6:00 pm on
Monday, November 24, 2025, and closes at 11:59p.m. on Sunday, December 15,
2025. Entries must be received within this entry
period. Entries will not be acknowledged or returned. All times are Eastern
Standard Time (EST).

ELIGIBILITY

No purchase necessary to enter. Entrants that participate in the Contest
(each an “Entrant” and collectively the “Entrants”) must be a
minimum of 21 years of age at the opening date of the Sweepstakes to
participate, and must be legal residents of any of the 49 US states (but
excluding the residents of Rhodes Island, or the District of Columbia, and
possess valid photo identification indicating proof of residence and a valid US
passport Employees
of the Sponsor, its related and affiliated companies, subsidiaries, suppliers,
Sweepstakes administration partners, prize suppliers, advertising and
promotional agencies, Sweepstakes administrators, and any other parties engaged
in the development, production or distribution of Sweepstakes materials and
prizes (all, the “Sweepstakes Parties”), and immediate family members
and/or those living in the same household of each, are ineligible to enter the
Sweepstakes or win the Prize.

HOW
TO ENTER

The Sweepstakes is open to those that
participate by entering the Sweepstakes by one of the following methods:

1.      Game Method – During
the intermission of the November 24th, 2025 Shoresy Classic Game
(the “Game”), a QR Code to the Shoresy web-based game (“Shoresy Game”)
will be displayed on the jumbotron, and by scanning that QR code with a mobile
device, the user will be prompted to enter their email address for entry, after
completing the Shoresy Game.

2.     QR Code Entry
Form – During the intermission of each Game, a QR Code will be displayed on the
jumbotron screen that when scanned will take you to an entry form. You must
complete the entry form with your correct information and submit the form using
the submission prompt.

3.     Direct Entry via
Website – You can enter the Sweepstakes by going to www.letterkenny.tv/pages/contest-US 
and completing the entry form with your correct information, and submitting the
completed form using the submission prompt.

Proof of transmission (for example,
screenshots or captures) does not constitute proof of entry or receipt of an
entry.

Data charges may apply depending on
an Entrant’s mobile phone plan. Sponsor, and Sweepstake Parties shall not be liable
for any data and/or internet use costs that may be charged to an Entrant for
joining the Sweepstakes using any of the above methods.

Each Entrant must enter accurate
information to be eligible to win a prize, and entries that are incomplete,
erroneous, or against the rules may be disqualified at the sole discretion of
Sponsor. An Entrant may only enter once no matter how many times that Entrant actually
enters the Sweepstakes.

Any attempt or suspected attempt to
use robotic, automatic, programmed or otherwise illicit means to enter the Sweepstakes,
or any other methods not authorized by these Official Rules, for example, but
not limited to, creating multiple accounts, identities, or registrations, all
in the Sponsor’s sole discretion, shall be deemed as tampering and may
disqualify you from entering, participating and/or winning a prize. Entries
that contain false or incomplete information are void. Entries that are late,
lost, stolen, illegible, contain false information, are damaged, misdirected,
mutilated, garbled or incomplete, altered or otherwise irregular or that do not
conform with or satisfy any or all of the conditions of the Official Rules are
void. Entrants grant Sponsor a non-exclusive licence to use the entries for the
purposes of running this Sweepstakes. No correspondence will be entered into
except with Selected Entrants, unless an Entrant opts into receiving additional
communications.

Each Entrant accepts the terms and
conditions, including using an Entrant’s Personal Information (as defined
below) for the purposes described below.

ODDS
OF WINNING

All
eligible entries received have an equal chance of winning. The chances of
winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

WINNER
SELECTION

One 
(1) Entrant will be selected by a random drawing  (the “Selected Entrant”) under the
supervision of Sponsor. The Selected Entrant will be contacted by the email
address submitted, by no later than December 23rd, 2025.

For a Selected Entrant to be deemed a
winner (a “Winner”) the Selected Entrant must satisfy the following: i) respond
the notice of being selected and confirm acceptance of the Prize and answer
Sponsor’s skill testing question by within 72 hours commencing the day
following when the Selected Entrant is notified by  Sponsor (the “Notice Window”); and ii)
execute Sponsor’s release (the “Winner Release”) (see details below in
the Release and Indemnification section).

If the Selected Entrant has not satisfied
responding within the Notice Window, does not answer the skills testing within
the Notice Window, or answers the skills testing question incorrectly, Selected
Entrant will not be deemed a Winner, and will be disqualified from the
Sweepstakes and another eligible Entrant by random draw will be selected in
accordance with these Official Rules. Sponsor will not be responsible in the
event of any failure of notice to a Selected Entrant due to spam, junk e-mail
or other security settings or the submission of incorrect information by an
Entrant.

If the identity of a Selected Entrant
is disputed, the entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the individual
assigned to the email address entered at the time of entry (the “Authorized
Account Holder”) . Each Selected Entrant may be required to provide proof
that he/she is the Authorized Account Holder associated with a selected entry.

One (1) prize (“Prize”) will
be awarded in accordance with these Official Rules, consisting of:

PRIZE RESTRICTIONS & FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS

The winner of the Sweepstakes must
sign a prize acknowledgement and release in a form prescribed by the Sponsor
before the Prize will be awarded. The Prize must be accepted as awarded and may
not be sold or converted to cash and will not be refunded if unused. No
substitutions, changes or extensions are permitted. IRS Form 1099-MISC may be
issued.

If the Prize (or component parts
thereof) becomes unavailable for any reason, the Sponsor reserves the right at
its sole discretion to substitute the Prize (or component parts thereof) for
one(s) of comparable value. The Prize may not be combined with any other
offers, discounts or promotions or  sales.

The Winner will comply with the
eligibility requirements and has fully read and accepts the these rules and
regulations. The Winner acknowledges and agrees that to the Sponsor’s right to
publish his/her name, without compensation other than the Prize offered for
promotional purposes and announcing of same upon request, and/or through social
media channels.

PRIVACY
AND USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

By participating in the Sweepstakes,
each entrant grants Sponsor, and Pitter Patter Live Inc.: (i) the right to use
his/her name, mailing address, daytime telephone number, and e-mail address (“Personal
Information”) only for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes,
including, but not limited, to determining eligibility, contacting an Entrant about
being chosen as a Selected Entrant, and informing a Selected Entrant that they
have been deemed a Winner; and (ii) the right to use his/her Personal
Information for publicity and promotional purposes relating to the Sweepstakes
including sharing the identity of the Winner to third parties, in any and all
media now known or hereafter devised, without further compensation unless
prohibited by law. As per the Sponsor’s privacy policy, the Sponsor does not
sell or redistribute any personal information.

RELEASE
AND INDEMNIFICATION

Part
of a Selected Entrant being deemed a Winner requires that a Selected Entrant
must sign the Sponsor’s Winner Release to: (i) confirm compliance with all Official
Rules; (ii) agree to accept prizes as awarded; (iii) release, discharge and
hold harmless the Sponsor, its departments and agencies, parent, related and
affiliated companies, subsidiaries, franchisees, advertising and promotional
agencies, counsel, marketing partners, and each of their respective directors,
officers, employees, shareholders, successors, sponsors, partners, licensees,
subsidiaries, agents, artists, advisors, assignees, and all others associated
with the administration, development and execution of the Sweepstakes (the “Released
Parties”) from and against any and all manner of action, cause of action,
claim or demand, loss or injury, use or misuse of a prize or any travel related
thereto, and the use of entries by the Sponsor, suit, debt, covenant, contract,
including legal fees and expenses, whatsoever, including but not limited to,
claims based on negligence, breach of contract and fundamental breach, failure
of any third-party contractor or supplier used in connection with any aspect of
the Sweepstakes to perform or deliver any goods or services, any act of God or
any other event beyond the Released Parties’ control, any dissatisfaction of
any kind by a Winner with any aspect of the Sweepstakes or any prize, liability
for physical injury, death, or property damage which the entrants, guests,
their heirs, successors or assigns have, might have or could have suffered, by
reason of or arising out of the entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes
and/or in connection with the acceptance and/or exercise by the entrant of
prizes as awarded; and (iv) indemnify the Released Parties against any loss,
damage or expense, including legal fees, that any of the Released Parties may
suffer or incur as a result of any non-compliance by entrants with any of the Official
Rules or participation in the Sweepstakes and/or in connection with the
acceptance and/or exercise by an Entrant of the Prize, and the use of entries
by the Sponsor.

RULE
AMENDMENTS

If for any reason, in the opinion of
New Metric Media Inc. and/or it’s designee, in its sole discretion, the
Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned or if the administration,
security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes is corrupted
or adversely affected, including by reason of infection by computer virus,
bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or other
causes beyond its control, New Metric Media Inc. reserves the right to cancel,
terminate, modify or suspend, the Sweepstakes including any method of entry.

LIABILITY

EACH ENTRANT AGREES TO RELEASE AND
AGREES TO DISCHARGE, HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY EACH OF THE SWEEPSTAKES
PARTIES FROM AND AGAINST ANY CLAIMS, DAMAGES, DISABILITY, ATTORNEYS’ FEES, AND
COSTS OF LITIGATION AND SETTLEMENT, AS WELL AS ANY AND ALL LIABILITY WHATSOEVER
FOR INJURIES OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND SUSTAINED IN CONNECTION WITH PARTICIPATING
IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR THE USE, ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, MISUSE OR AWARDING OF
THE PRIZE, WHILE PREPARING FOR, PARTICIPATING IN AND/OR TRAVELING TO OR FROM
ANY PRIZE-RELATED ACTIVITY, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY INJURY, DAMAGE,
DEATH, LOSS, OR ACCIDENT TO PERSON OR PROPERTY. WINNER AGREES THAT THE PRIZE IS
PROVIDED AS-IS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR IN LAW,
WHETHER NOW KNOWN OR HEREINAFTER ENACTED, RELATIVE TO THE USE OR ENJOYMENT OF
THE PRIZE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ITS QUALITY, MERCHANTABILITY OR
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WINNER AGREES THAT THE SWEEPSTAKES PARTIES
ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IN ANY WAY FOR ANY ADDITIONAL EXPENSES, OMISSIONS, DELAYS,
OR RE-ROUTING. THE SWEEPSTAKES PARTIES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INCIDENTAL,
CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All intellectual property, including
but not limited to trademarks, logos, designs, promotional materials, web
pages, source codes, images, drawings, illustrations, slogans and
representations are owned by the Sponsor. All rights reserved.  Unauthorized copying or use of any of the
Sponsor’s intellectual property without the express written consent of the
Sponsor is strictly prohibited.

DISPUTES/GOVERNING
LAW:
Except where prohibited, as a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes,
each entrant agrees that all disputes that cannot be resolved between the
entrant and any Sweepstakes Party, claims and causes of action arising out of
or in connection with this Sweepstakes, or the Prize awarded, or the
determination of winner must be resolved individually, without resort to any
form of class action. Under no circumstances will any person be permitted or
entitled to obtain awards for punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or
any other damages, including attorneys’ fees, other than actual out-of-pocket
expenses (if any), not to exceed ten U.S. dollars ($10 USD), and entrant
further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

This Sweepstakes and any dispute
arising under or related thereto (whether for breach of contract, tortious
conduct, or otherwise) will be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware,
without reference to its conflicts of law principles. Any legal actions, suits
or proceedings related to this Sweepstakes will be brought exclusively in the
state or federal courts located in Delaware and each entrant accepts and
submits to the personal jurisdiction of these Delaware courts with respect to
any legal actions, suits or proceedings arising out of or related to this
Sweepstakes. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these
Official Rules will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other
provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or
otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules will otherwise remain
in effect and will be construed in accordance with their terms as if the
invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.
