The contest begins at 6:00 pm. on
Friday, November 28, 2025, and closes at 11:59 p.m. on Saturday, November 29,
2025. All times are Eastern Standard Time (EST). No purchase necessary. Must be
resident of Ontario, and at least 18 years of age. Entry to the Contest can be
done by opting into email communications and contest after completing the
intermission mobile game at the November 28th, 2025 Shoresy Classic
Game, or using one of the alternative methods (see below Official Rules for
more details). The winner must correctly answer a math
skill-testing question. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible
entries received.

CONTEST PERIOD
The contest begins at 6:00 pm. on
Friday, November 28, 2025, and closes at 11:59 p.m. on Saturday, November 29,
2025. All times are Eastern Standard Time (EST) (the “Contest Period”).
Entries must be received within this Contest Period. Entries will not be
acknowledged or returned. All times are Eastern Standard Time (EST).

ELIGIBILITY
No
purchase necessary to enter. EntrantsÂ
that participate in the Contest (each an “Entrant” and
collectively the “Entrants”) must be a minimum of 18 years of age at the
opening date of the Contest to participate, and must be
legal residents of Ontario, Canada, and possess valid photo identification
indicating proof of residence and a valid Canadian passport.
Employees
of the Sponsor, its related and affiliated companies, subsidiaries, suppliers, Contest
administration partners, prize suppliers, advertising and promotional agencies,
Contest administrators, and any other parties engaged in the development,
production or distribution of Contest materials and prizes (all, the “Contest
Parties”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same
household of each, are ineligible to enter the Contest or win the Prize.
HOW
TO ENTER
The Contest is open to those that
participate by entering the Contest by one of the following methods during the
Contest Period:

1.     Game Method –
During the intermission of the November 28th, 2025 Shoresy Classic
Game (the “Game”), a QR code to the Shoresy web-based game (“Shoresy
Game”) will be displayed on the jumbotron, and by scanning that QR code
with a mobile device, the user will be prompted to enter their email address
for entry, after completing the Shoresy Game.
Â
2.    QR Code Entry
Form – During the intermission of the Game, a QR code will be displayed on the
jumbotron screen that when scanned will take you to an entry form. You must
complete the entry form with your correct information and submit the form using
the submission prompt.
Â
3.    Direct Entry via
Website – You can enter the Contest by going to www.letterkenny.tv/pages/contest-torontoÂ
and completing the entry form with your correct information, and submitting the
completed form using the submission prompt.
Â
Proof of transmission (for example,
screenshots or captures) does not constitute proof of entry or receipt of an
entry.
Â
Data charges may apply depending on
an Entrant’s mobile phone plan. Sponsor, and Contest Parties shall not be
liable for any data and/or internet use costs that may be charged to an Entrant
for joining the Contest using any of the above methods.
Â
Each Entrant must enter accurate
information to be eligible to win a prize, and entries that are incomplete,
erroneous, or against the rules may be disqualified at the sole discretion of
Sponsor. An Entrant may only enter once no matter how many times that Entrant actually
enters the Contest.
Â
Any attempt or suspected attempt to
use robotic, automatic, programmed or otherwise illicit means to enter the Contest,
or any other methods not authorized by these Official Rules, for example, but
not limited to, creating multiple accounts, identities, or registrations, all
in the Sponsor’s sole discretion, shall be deemed as tampering and may
disqualify you from entering, participating and/or winning a prize. Entries
that contain false or incomplete information are void. Entries that are late,
lost, stolen, illegible, contain false information, are damaged, misdirected,
mutilated, garbled or incomplete, altered or otherwise irregular or that do not
conform with or satisfy any or all of the conditions of the Official Rules are
void. Entrants grant Sponsor a non-exclusive licence to use the entries for the
purposes of running this Contest. No correspondence will be entered into except
with Selected Entrants, unless an Entrant opts into receiving additional
communications.

Each Entrant accepts the terms and
conditions, including using an Entrant’s Personal Information (as defined
below) for the purposes described below.
ODDS OF WINNING
All eligible entries received have an
equal chance of winning. The chances of winning depend
on the number of eligible entries
received.
WINNER SELECTION
OneÂ
(1) Entrant will be selected by a random drawing (the “Selected Entrant”) under the
supervision of Sponsor. The Selected Entrant will be contacted by the email
address submitted, by no later than December 23rd, 2025.
Â
For a Selected Entrant to be deemed a
winner (a “Winner”) the Selected Entrant must satisfy the following: i)
respond the notice of being selected and confirm acceptance of the Prize and
answer Sponsor’s skill testing question by within 72 hours commencing the day
following when the Selected Entrant is notified by Sponsor (the “Notice Window”); and ii)
execute Sponsor’s release (the “Winner Release”) (see details below in
the Release and Indemnification section).

If the Selected Entrant has not
satisfied responding within the Notice Window, does not answer the skills
testing within the Notice Window, or answers the skills testing question
incorrectly, Selected Entrant will not be deemed a Winner, and will be disqualified
from the Contest and another eligible Entrant by random draw will be selected
in accordance with these Official Rules. Sponsor will not be responsible in the
event of any failure of notice to a Selected Entrant due to spam, junk e-mail
or other security settings or the submission of incorrect information by an
Entrant.

If the identity of a Selected Entrant
is disputed, the entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the individual
assigned to the email address entered at the time of entry (the “Authorized
Account Holder”) . Each Selected Entrant may be required to provide proof
that he/she is the Authorized Account Holder associated with a selected entry.
THE PRIZE:
One (1) prize (“Prize”) with
an approximate retail value of prize is $571.50 CAD. will be awarded in
accordance with these Official Rules, consisting of:

PRIZE RESTRICTIONS & FINANCIAL
OBLIGATIONS
The Winner of the Contest must sign a
contest prize acknowledgement and release in a
form before the Prize will be
awarded. The Prize must be accepted as awarded and may not be sold or converted
to cash and will not be refunded if unused. No substitutions, changes or
extensions are permitted. If the Prize (or component parts thereof) becomes
unavailable for any reason, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole
discretion to substitute the Prize (or component parts thereof) for one(s) of
comparable value. The Prize may not be combined with any other offers,
discounts or promotions or sales. The Winner will comply with the eligibility
requirements and has fully read and accepts the Official Rules and regulations.
The winner acknowledges and agrees that the  Sponsor and any administration partner
including  Pitter Patter Live Inc. have the right to use his or her personal
information, including photograph and name, as stated in the Privacy and Use of
Personal Information section below.

PRIVACY AND USE OF PERSONAL
INFORMATION
By participating in the Contest, each
entrant: (i) grants to New Metric Media Inc, and Pitter Patter Live Inc. the
right to use his/her name, mailing address, daytime telephone number, and
e-mail address (“Personal Information”) only for the purpose of
administering the Contest, including, but not limited, to determining
eligibility, contacting and announcing the winner; and (ii) grants to New
Metric Media Inc., and Pitter Patter Live Inc. the right to use his/her
Personal Information for publicity and promotional purposes relating to the
Contest, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, without further
compensation unless prohibited by law. New
Metric Media Inc. and Pitter Patter Live Inc. do not sell or redistribute any
personal information.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
If for any reason, in the opinion of
the Sponsor, in its sole discretion, the Contest is not capable of running as
planned or if the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper
conduct of the Contest is corrupted or adversely affected, including by reason
of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention,
fraud, technical failures or other causes beyond its control, the Sponsor reserves
the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest including any method
of entry.

RELEASE
AND INDEMNIFICATION
Part of a Selected Entrant being deemed
a Winner requires that a Selected Entrant must sign the Sponsor’s Winner
Release to: (i) confirm compliance with all Official Rules; (ii) agree to
accept prizes as awarded; (iii) release, discharge and hold harmless the
Sponsor, its departments and agencies, parent, related and affiliated
companies, subsidiaries, franchisees, advertising and promotional agencies,
counsel, marketing partners, and each of their respective directors, officers,
employees, shareholders, successors, sponsors, partners, licensees,
subsidiaries, agents, artists, advisors, assignees, and all others associated
with the administration, development and execution of the Contest (the “Released
Parties”) from and against any and all manner of action, cause of action,
claim or demand, loss or injury, use or misuse of a prize or any travel related
thereto, and the use of entries by the Sponsor, suit, debt, covenant, contract,
including legal fees and expenses, whatsoever, including but not limited to,
claims based on negligence, breach of contract and fundamental breach, failure
of any third-party contractor or supplier used in connection with any aspect of
the Contest to perform or deliver any goods or services, any act of God or any
other event beyond the Released Parties’ control, any dissatisfaction of any
kind by a Winner with any aspect of the Contest or any prize, liability for
physical injury, death, or property damage which the entrants, guests, their
heirs, successors or assigns have, might have or could have suffered, by reason
of or arising out of the entrant’s participation in the Contest and/or in
connection with the acceptance and/or exercise by the entrant of prizes as
awarded; and (iv) indemnify the Released Parties against any loss, damage or
expense, including legal fees, that any of the Released Parties may suffer or
incur as a result of any non-compliance by entrants with any of the Official
Rules or participation in the Contest and/or in connection with the acceptance
and/or exercise by an Entrant of the Prize, and the use of entries by the
Sponsor.

LIABILITY
The winner releases and agrees to
hold harmless of all liability to the Contest Parties, including the Sponsor,
New Metric Media Inc.. The Contest Parties, including New Metric Media Inc.,
are not responsible for incidental, consequential, special or indirect damages.
Â
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All intellectual property, including
but not limited to trademarks, logos, designs, promotional materials, web
pages, source codes, images, drawings, illustrations, slogans and
representations are owned by the Sponsor. All rights reserved. Unauthorized copying or use of any of the
Sponsor’s intellectual property without the express written consent of the
Sponsor is strictly prohibited.

RULE AMENDMENTS
If for any reason, in the opinion of
New Metric Media Inc. and/or it’s designee, in its sole discretion, the Contest
is not capable of running as planned or if the administration, security,

LAW
The Contest is void where prohibited
by law and subject to all applicable Canadian and provincial, municipal and
local laws. This Contest and these Rules shall be governed by, and construed in
accordance with, the laws of the province of Ontario, without regard to its
conflict of law provisions. The sole and exclusive forum and venue for any
dispute shall be in Toronto, Ontario.
