The Game requires a player (each a “Player”) to create an in-game player profile that does not require any personal
information. The Game does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information or other user data.

Local Data
The Game saves settings, progress, and Player profile information is stored locally on your device only and is never
transmitted to us.

Third-Party Services
This Game does not use any third-party services that collect user information, except for achievements (see the
achievements section below).

Achievements
In-game achievements in the Game are transmitted to Microsoft using Microsoft’s proprietary referencing system
that alerts Microsoft that a Player has won an achievement. The referencing system only identifies the Player’s
public gamertag but otherwise the Game in no way receives, stores, or transmit any personal data about a Player’s
Microsoft account.

Children's Privacy
Because this Game does not collect any personal information, no personal information is collected from children.

Changes to This Privacy Policy
If our data practices change in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated before any personal information is
collected.

Microsoft Store
The game is distributed through the Microsoft Store. Any information collected by Microsoft in connection with the
operation of the Microsoft Store or a Player’s Microsoft account is governed by Microsoft's own privacy practices
and is not collected or controlled by us.
